As a consultant Rebecca Swift has a long established practice whose focus includes: providing continuing long term project support, facilitation and management; developing and directing short term project work; supervising and mentoring practitioners including undertaking professional development of key personnel; carrying out evaluations; trouble-shooting; providing professional and artistic feedback.
